Bio

I've spent the last 10 years in Brooklyn using human resources and entrepreneurship to build bridges between the nonprofit world and talented leaders of color!

I’ve trained over 100 entrepreneurs launch or grow their mission-driven companies. Originally from upstate New York and frustrated by weak representation of minorities in Social Impact, I founded a nonprofit in 2017 where I help Black and Brown founders enter, navigate and thrive in the social impact field.
