Nikhil Chadha

Nikhil is a certified mindfulness teacher (CMT-P), people transformation facilitator, a coach & an OD practitioner.

He is the Chief Mindfulness officer & founder of Mindwize, co-founder of Mindfulness Center of Excellence. At his core, he is an ardent exponent of mindfulness, emotional intelligence & empathetic communication to live, lead, connect, create & influence.

Nikhil specialises in designing & executing programs for change management, culture & values, team effectiveness, interpersonal behavioral skills, coaching & capability creation, with a base of mindfulness. Through his work, he aspires to bring the humane back into human interactions.

As a coach he is inspired by people & enjoys helping people maximise their potential. A believer in transformational leadership for value creation, he strives to create a learning environment & a growth mindset.

Nikhil’s passion for people & change can be traced throughout his career where he has been known to focus on building relationships, creating high performing teams & bringing innovation & change.

His 16 years of industry experience saw him drive multiple award winning global projects across industries with CXO level engagement.

A graduate of GE’s leadership program, he takes pride in being customer first. As a part of IDEO community of practice he promotes human centred design in designing for change.

Nikhil’s work has brought him multiple accolades including HR 40 under 40 for leveraging technology & innovation in Leadership & Org Development & 100 Top Global Training & Development Minds.

He speaks at various industry forums & volunteers his time to help not-for-profits.

Nikhil is a Vipassana meditator & has trained with various teachers over time & continues to learn under buddhist lama teachers. He works with both beginner & seasoned meditators to help them deepen their practice & connect mindfulness to their daily lives.

He also conducts workshops & programs in Mindfulness.
