If you are a caregiver by choice or by surprise, Nicole Hawkins is eager and excited to serve you.

As a 3X family caregiver with over 20 years of caregiving experience, Nicole has cracked the code of caregiving and is reducing resentment, frustration, and many other negative emotions for caregivers worldwide. As a Life Transformational & Wellness Caregivers Strategist, Nicole's mission is to train, teach, and coach other caregivers on how to find joy in the journey of their role.

Nicole facilitates RESET roundtables and retreats for caregivers’ ready transition from unheard to healing. She also leads her Caregivers Identity Incubator (CII) for caregivers looking for support and to keep their sanity as they support the people they are caring for.

Nicole’s authentic approach to caring and coaching caregivers is a beautiful blend of helping them reawaken and revitalize their mind, body, and soul to the frequency of unconditional love for oneself as they learn to appreciate the joy of their caregiving experience. The work she does aids in reprogramming caregivers back to their highest level of self.

As the author of the book “F*CK Caregiving: A Practical Approach to Finding the Joy in your Journey,” she details her personal journey of becoming a caregiver but also provides insight and inspiration to others who have been voluntold that the journey of caregiving is theirs.

Nicole is also connected with other caregivers through her podcast Caregivers First, which is a weekly podcast created to help others be heard, share their tips, and consider different perspectives around caregiving, spirituality, wellness, and the dualities of life as a caregiver.
