Bio

Natasha Welcome M.Ed is an educator, international keynote speaker, researcher, and education consultant. Her passion is English language acquisition and has served English Language Learners for over 20 years. Her expertise in this area has caused her to emerge as a consultant to help the integration of English Language Learners in educational institutions and corporate organizations. She is the Senior Consultant of Metamorphosis Education Consultants which manages company transformation. She works with CEOs, managers, and other leaders to help them eradicate their frustration when trying to create 'synergy' where there is a language barrier. She shows them that it is possible.

Strategies to Bridge Language Barriers, Synergize Your Corporation, to Focus on Production

Every great CEO, manager, or leader knows that synergy is the bedrock of growing a company. However, there are everyday barriers that we must hurdle instead of dismissing to create and maintain synergy. Bridging the language barrier along with other spinoff attributes is needed to maintain one vision. Let’s avoid the ‘we vs them’ attitude in a company, which is a recipe for disaster. In this session, we will reflect, on and discuss proven strategies that we used in the past. We will also look at the evolution of the situation and brainstorm strategies to combat these issues, leaving us more time to focus on production.
