Drawing from her experience as patient in the mental health care system, surviving her own suicide attempt and finding ways to recover naturally. She understands there is much more we need to understand mental health. She returned to school and earned her degree in Psychology.
She will share inside perspective to taking care of people close to you , who are literally fighting for their life.
She is committed to providing education to create a world where we all feel confident to take action to provide meaningful support to those that live with mental illness and ending SUICIDE.
