Global Expansion / Cultural exchange

Cultural differences present significant challenges for businesses expanding internationally, as they navigate varying values, communication styles, and consumer behaviors in different regions. Adapting to diverse countries and mentalities requires understanding local customs, preferences, and business practices to ensure successful market entry and long-term growth.

I hosted The Global Expansion Conference in London in 2022 and 2023.

International Scene / Representation of the country

This year I took the responsibility of reintroducing Estonia to the international beauty scene. I organized, oversaw, and partially hosted the Miss Universe Estonia final. Representing one’s country on a global stage involves not only managing diplomatic considerations but also providing thorough training for the chosen representative. After months of preparation, including public speaking, TV presence, and interview management, we successfully brought Estonia back to the Miss Universe competition after an 11-year hiatus.
