I'm Namrata and have worked within the corporate world for many years. My job is mainly in Human Resource. The interaction with multi cultured people and their psychology made me came to a point that most people are failing to realize their own potential in order to fulfill other's dream.
As a result I discovered that the long term success of a business can only be measured by the belief, motivation and productivity of its staff. Organisations without a strong sense of identity and vision often fail to deliver sustainable results. Instead they carry the debt of high staff turn over, low productivity, and high staff absences due to the damaging effect of work-related stress.
My job is to turn that around, set a new course, and bring back the belief, motivation and inspiration to make the business a success.
I work with organisations and businesses from both the public and private sectors. I enjoy speaking out of the box subjects which provides both individually as well as publicly a different angle of growth.

In addition to my training I also write and deliver motivational talks, and key note speeches for a variety of corporate and social events such as seminars, conferences, industry days, team building and away days.
I choose to speak freely with an interactive session where i young minds specially can get adjusted to question there insecurities and the way to deal with it.
Social emotional development represents a specific domain of child development. It is a gradual, integrative process through which children acquire the capacity to understand, experience, express, and manage emotions and to develop meaningful relationships with others.
This subject is never taught in books or cultural aspects, but its has to understood via a right platform. Peer pressure, Broken Family, Career Pressure, Mental Illness, Cultural and Social Impact, etc are psychological and very personal experience to an individual. This takes time to express even to an counselor too. Am an media where I donate my time in order to make them guide though the right knowledge on same.
