How To Lead With Integrity

In this presentation, John will talk about the key components every executive or person in management must learn so that they can be great leaders. This lecture lasts about forty five minutes and will discuss such topics as developing good habits, keeping a positive mindset, being a problem solver, and leading by example.

John believes that one of the biggest reasons why so many companies struggle is because they lack great leadership. People who know how to inspire and motive their employees to do great work. He truly believes that if you want your team to deliver at a high level, you need to get it out of them.
