About the Author
Monique Washington a native of Savannah, is a Certified Life and Career Coach, minister, entrepreneur, veteran and mentor. Her work across multiple disciplines addresses narratives of life experience. As a speaker, Monique has performed for Project Celebration Inc, The Philadelphia Center, and the Sailors and Marines on Parris Island. As an entrepreneur she launched several businesses and helped others launch theirs. Moreover, she has aided 500 families with resources to achieve their personal and professional goals. Monique has appeared on both radio and television shows. A few are What’s The Deal with Shayaa Whitley, My Journey with Paula G, The Lekeisha Mosley Show, Voyage ATL, Your Time Is Now and much more. In her spare time, Monique volunteers at The Worthy Academy Inc and hosts a monthly podcast entitled Men with Standards.
