Mine has changed the course of her work life after 6 years of experience in Retail sector in multinational companies like Best Buy and Dixons Group Companies. After working in various roles as Merchandising Services Lead, IS Manager and Sales Development and Training Manager and Operations Manager, she followed her dream to become an entrepreneur.
Having founded Turkey’s first invitation website, Davetpostası.com she started to take an active place in the Turkish startup ecosystem. She consulted companies like Upwork, StartupBlink, StarOfService, Ellis Island Capital to help them with their market entry strategies. She has been organizing events, panels, and workshops with her brand Start-IST since 2013. Being an expert on The Future of Work and Freelancing, she acts as the Country Manager for Crossover and focuses her efforts to scale the remote work concept in Turkey.
Being married with 2 children, Mine’s personal goal is to introduce more women into the digital world and remote work industry.
