I studied at the University of the West Indies for four years where I not only obtained a Bachelor's of Science in International Relations Spanish and Economics, but also garnered life experiences and knowledge that have been the impetus for my advancement and key to my ingenuity. I believe all things are connected and with a little time/research and patience all your efforts and preparation will meet opportunity. I have taken these ideas as my mantra and consequently I have been able to tap into the research market. I have been very ambitious since an early age and as such I started working in Customer Service since I was seventeen. I started my professional career at National Asset Recovery Services working as a Customer service representative during the summer. The following summer I decided I wanted a different experience, one that would have me crash into a professional career not a job. So I applied to Air Jamaica Reservations where I worked every other summer and upon request until I graduated. After graduation I returned home as I was offered a permanent full-time job with Air Jamaica and for the next year and approximately eight months I was employed permanently. I was then laid off and the incredulous journey of research began. I was offered a contract position at UWI in the office of the Campus Principal. I served my time as the Research Assistant to the Planning Officer. After my contract ended I stayed in Kingston and utilized all my professional, customer service training skills to freelance in research. I landed a contractual position with Etude Economic assisting their Country manager in liaising with managers of Small Medium and Large companies to secure interviews to be conducted. After each round of interviews I prepared daily reports. After that project ended I worked on a project with a colleague in Trinidad collecting data for Market Research and doing data entry. I then worked with Asisa,I was a research assistant for a focus group in Jamaica.
