Michelle along with her mom and business partner, Bev Bertram are authors of the book, Creating Your Dream Retirement and creators of the Dream Retirement Process. Their retirement insights have been shared with retirees and pre-retirees of the Federal government, Wisconsin State employees including local school districts, as well as major corporations including John Deere and Land’s End. Michelle has also written numerous professional articles for both local and national press including Fox Business, Yahoo Finance and The Money Show. She also interviews regularly on the Morning Mess with Scott Thompson on WEKZ.
Michelle is a recognized business leader with thousands of connections online and offline. Michelle runs a Linkedin group, Connected in Madison with a vision to connect area business with the communities they serve, promoting personal growth among all members, creating strong community leaders and providing opportunities for members to grow their business.
Michelle’s podcast, The Dream Retirement Show on WIBA.iHeart.com is one of the most listened to podcast on the station. Michelle has been asked to share her insights on with local media stations including Madison in the Morning with Robin Colbert. Michelle lives with her two adopted sons, Asa and Asher in Mineral Point. Michelle is very involved with her non-profit, Operation Go which supports four orphanages in Haiti. Her hobbies, when she is not changing the world, including spending time with her boys and enjoying sporting events, cheering on the Pointers, the Badgers as well as other professional teams.
