Here to share stories of resiliency, hope, faith and relentless drive to make the world a better place. Grew up in a poverty stricken Nigerian Village with no electricity, water nor basic amenities. Skipped several classes because my parents could not afford school fees. K-12 education is not free.
Stumbled on a single idea: go study in America on full scholarship. It seemed crazy at best and ridiculous at worst. The people closest to me said I should be more realistic. I refused to settle and let my imagination fly unfettered.
Received a prestigious scholarship to attend the World's premier university: UC Berkeley.
My experiences from the base of the mountain to the valley and the peak will most certainly offer a beacon of hope in trying times, encouragement to not give in, developing attitude of gratitude.
I incorporate anecdotes, faith-based principles, quantum mechanics, philosophy, psychology and wholistic wellness in my speaking engagement.
