When it comes to Personal Branding, Creative Content Creation, LinkedIn brand building, Video marketing and Public Speaking, Michaela is the one that you should go to! She understands the Social Media Biz so well and can add stars to your business. When I first came across Michaela it was through one of her (now pretty darn famous!) blog posts. I'd just gotten into Marketing and certainly had a month or two of imposter syndrome. I reached out to Michaela and was certain she would be inundated daily and would never get back to me. She did only 24 hours later and had clearly spent so much time on her reply, it was truly personal. It was then that I realised this woman was going to be a huge success. I now follow her on instagram and have alerts set up for when she starts a live stream, along with consistently watching out for her new content on LinkedIn. She is a breath of fresh air and completely genuine. If I lived in the US or Canada I would have made sure I'd seen her speak already. I still hope to one day!

First off, when you accept the invitation to keynote at an insurance conference, in Saskatchewan, in any month that is not June, July, or August, you have already exceeded expectations. And, to be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect once she got here. As a young CEO myself, I have spoken in front of large groups where I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to identify with or resonate with the audience. Michaela, though, has found a way to transcend that. From the moment she grabs the mic, she is distinctly herself — witty, smart, insightful, and blissfully awkward in a way that cuts through the stereotypes of what a 'conference speaker' should be, and bridges between demographics and industry. Her message is on-point, and she adapts well to the environment she's working in. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat — she's excellent now, and will only get better with time.
