I am an energetic, compassionate and motivating instructor and coach who builds great rapport with my audiences and is focused on achieving maximum learning. I apply my skills and knowledge to produce behavioral and attitudinal change, increase motivation and minimize resistance.
I received my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Speech Communication from Case Western Reserve University. Since then, I have designed and developed over 40 workshops in the areas of leadership, communications, and personal growth and has personally delivered 3000+ days of training in leadership, interpersonal communication skills, persuasion, negotiations, listening, public speaking, employee motivation and team building, conflict management, business communications, stress management, and business writing and grammar. I have conducted this training for companies throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
For nine years I was an Operations Manager for Accenture Learning. In that role, i worked with business units to strategize learning solutions, develop course material, train faculty, deliver numerous management and business process courses and manage large multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams to deliver intensive one week conferences.
I am the owner and president of Corporate LearnOvations (www.learnovations.com) which provides communications, management and personal productivity training throughout the United States.
