Michael Stelly

I have over 20+ years of leadership experience from my time in the United States Marine Corps, Executive Level Business Positions, and most importantly my own life experiences. I thrive in watching people make a huge leap in to turning dark into light. Unlike everyday coaches, I continue my own personal growth as I am coaching someone. I have had more darker times in life than 80% of everyday people, from war, to loss, to humiliation, continuous grief, and major depression. Its these dark times that's motivated me to make a change, not only for self growth but to obtain the strength and capabilities to coach and help others that are currently struggling like I was.
