He writes columns for many magazines and websites, authors several blogs and updates his widely viewed site at HighTechTexan.com.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Radio-TV-Film. He began his broadcasting career in the late 1990’s on the Houston NBC-TV affiliate and has built a nationally recognized brand as a trusted resource for tech and consumer trends plus motivational and personal brand building.
Michael gained experience in the communications, marketing and promotion areas with key roles in companies like Microsoft, MCI, Chase, and ProServ Sports Management. But it was his first job out of college that propelled his drive to evangelize products in front of masses.
Hired as one of the youngest TV Show Hosts on QVC Network, Michael honed his skills as a product pitchman guiding viewers across the country through products like fine jewelry, hardware, household items and electronics.
Michael appears regularly on regional and national TV commercials and hosts satellite media tours for several companies. He has appeared on ABC’s General Hospital, ran ten marathons, floated in zero-gravity, sky and SCUBA dived, just to name a few of the activities that keeps him busy.
As one of the country’s youngest Eagle Scouts (age 13), Michael is considered a go-getter and over-achiever. He works diligently with clients around the world to ensure their projects and messages are completed with clarity. He also emcees high-profile events, delivers uplifting and keynote speeches.
