Bio

My name is Mekayla Hines-Williams. I am the CEO of Sista Inc.rease, I am an enthusiastic upcoming podcaster that is determined to create a dynamic space for individuals to be empowered with their investment of self discovery and divine purpose.

As I stand before you, I reflect on those who have poured into me and empowered me to become the person I am today. I believe it is vital to create opportunities for women to experience an interchangeable community and legacy.

I am invested in the future of others, the knowledge they obtain, and the intentional process needed to propel learning from empowering women who did not recognize their own power.

Empowered by the powerless

I have had the opportunity to have so many wonderful experiences with powerful women that did not recognize their own power. As women empowerment is a tectonic movement, I wanted to focus on the essentials of receiving and being empowered. In most cases a lot of the women who poured into us as girls hardly get recognized for all the sacrifice's, hardship, and love they consistently pour out. There is a transition period where we become the same women pouring into girls not recognizing the same power. The main question is when does power become empowerment?
