Future Proofing your Workforce

"Future-Proofing Your Workforce: Mastering Mental Resilience Strategies for Leaders" is a dynamic presentation designed to help leaders navigate the challenges posed by millennials and Gen Z in the workplace. It begins by exploring the unique characteristics and mental health needs of these generations, highlighting the impact of stress, burnout, and mental health issues on organizational performance.

The presentation focuses on practical strategies leaders can use to enhance mental resilience within their teams, fostering a culture of openness and support. It concludes with an interactive session, allowing participants to share experiences and collaboratively explore solutions. Leaders will leave equipped with actionable insights to build a resilient, thriving workforce for the future.

Everything is on Fire: Understanding and Overcoming Burnout in the Workplace

In this workshop, we discuss work-life balance, integration, and toxic positivity. Review the seven (7) life forces, areas of well-being, how they are all connected and where employees struggle the most.

We can conduct a survey prior to this workshop to give specific data on your organization. Understand the key issues that lead to employee burnout and ultimately increased absenteeism, healthcare costs, and turnover.

Learn to fight fire with fire as we dive into our BURN model to reduce burnout in the workplace and create an environment where employees can flourish. Put our model into practice with role-playing exercises, assessments and more.

Creating a Culture of Positivity and Growth

Learn what it means to create a positive culture and a psychologically safe environment that promotes open and honest communications with an understanding that it is okay to not be okay in the workplace.

We will discuss the differences between growth and fixed mindsets, how to identify them and how to promote a culture of growth in your organization using positive psychological interventions.

You will learn how to criticize employees in a way that is not offensive and understand behavior change so you can guide employees to become more productive and mentally resilient. We use assessments, challenges, and role-playing exercises to keep everyone engaged.

It's Okay to Not be Okay: Permitting Ourselves to be Human

In this half-day workshop, we will review the importance of developing trust with others, how to break down the barriers to open and honest communication and create a supportive internal network. We will study the connection between growth mindsets and mental resiliency.

You will learn how to assist others in developing a growth/learner’s mindset to better equip them for stressful situations. Gain a complete understanding of behavior change and the phases we go through when adopting new behaviors.

Take a deep dive into David Rock’s SCARF model to understand the 5 primary social stress triggers in the workplace and how to cope. We will look at mental health’s role in the workplace, how to support those dealing with serious issues, and learn behavior therapies to reframe negative beliefs and thought patterns. Lastly, we will review all available resources for those needing additional support.

The Less Stress Workplace: Using the SCARF model to reduce stress triggers and improve employee rete

This presentation will look at the trust equation to understand what it takes for our employees to trust organizational leaders. Without trust, employees cannot form appropriate connections with an organization or its culture, leading to more employee turnover. We will also review David Rock’s SCARF model to review stress triggers that make employees leave an organization. The acronym "SCARF" stands for status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness, and fairness. Understanding how these elements affect employees and how to reduce these triggers in the workplace is vital to employee engagement, retention, and growth.
