During Infobip Shift 2023 (Developer Conference) in Zadar, Croatia, I’ve had the opportunity to attend Meade’s speech (“Hiring With a Handshake”) - related to hiring talent. The way Meade held the speech was great; full of positivity and fun(ny) comments, but at the same time focusing on the main points and sharing a lot of advice.
