Maureen Gibbons

I am a practicing emergency medicine physician with a passion for nutrition and wellness. I'm also an ISSN certified sports nutritionist, certified athletic trainer and triathlon coach with TriTactics. I've guided athletes and non-athletes alike on nutrition and exercise for well over two decades. My personal roles include wife, mom and avid adult athlete as a swimmer, runner and Ironman triathlete. Through Active Medical Solutions, I give nutrition and lifestyle seminars to everyone from stay at home parents to high level executives to help them create the life of their dreams.
