Bio

Maureen Ballatori (she/her) is the founder and CEO of Agency 29, an award-winning creative agency for food, beverage, and agriculture brands. Her experience in brand strategy helps companies scale business growth, define their unique marketing message, and attract their ideal audiences.

Maureen’s rural roots are the source of her passion for agriculture marketing and food. An active community member, Maureen holds multiple board seats for local and international organizations and she is a national speaker and workshop facilitator.

Maureen has been nominated multiple times for community impact awards. She is a graduate of Nazareth University with a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration and has won dozens of international awards for branding and design.

In this workshop, we will explore branding and marketing strategies to get customers in your doors and keep them on-site longer. This is a working session where you will be guided through clearly defining your brand including how you talk about who you are, how to build your target audience segments, and ways to leverage various marketing tools like public relations, social media, and email marketing.

Business owners in the food, beverage and agriculture industries will learn how to identify your target audience and discover the emotional and functional reasons why your customers choose you. You will also learn how to write a compelling value proposition and will create a marketing plan in the workshop.

Not all packaging is created equal. And when it comes to consumer purchases in retail stores, your product packaging is even more important. You have mere seconds available to catch the consumer’s eye. Bring your existing packaging or packaging examples you’re considering and we’ll engage in a working session to discuss design, packaging engineering, and sustainable packaging design.
