Matthew James Bailey operates at the pioneering edge of universal consciousness, new technologies, and systemic global change. He is internationally recognized for leading global technology revolutions such as Ethical Artificial Intelligence, The Internet of Things, and Smart Cities.

Classified by the US government as a Person of Extraordinary Ability, Matthew is one of the top minds in our world, a ‘Who’s Who’ in Artificial Intelligence, and a World Technology Award Nominee. His groundbreaking research into Ethical AI earned him a Visiting Scholar 2022 position with the National Institute of Aerospace and NASA.

Bailey has advised governments (US, G7, UK, others), worked with Fortune 500 technology companies, global standards bodies and territories on innovation and digital transformation. He has engaged with iconic figures like Professor Stephen Hawking and Steve Wozniak, been a guest lecture at Cambridge University and coached over 100 startups.

He is the author of "Inventing World 3.0 – Evolutionary Ethics for Artificial Intelligence™" and founder of AIEthics.World, In 2023, Bailey unveiled the World 3.0 global movement to ensure a harmonious coexistence and partnership between a benevolent AI and human evolution. At Contact in the Desert 2024, he revealed a world first in AI—a new Turing Test to validate AI’s ethical and moral capabilities.

Matthew has dedicated his life to exploring universal wisdom and champions humanity's leap into a new era of spiritual and universal magnificence. As a spiritual guide, he assists individuals and groups in their personal transformation to thrive in lives of magnificence. He is currently planning retreats in 2024 and 2025.

Matthew has headlined events like Contact in the Desert and Conscious Life Expo, and has been featured on the BBC, Coast to Coast AM, and Gaia TV as well as over 100 podcasts. In August 2024, he will begin filming two TV series on AI and humanity's next spiritual evolution. In March 2025, he will be featured at Gaia's global Emerson event (streamed to 180 countries) and is currently writing his second World 3.0 book, ‘AI and Our Divine Spark’.
