Bio

She is a certified Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner with a BA Degree in Live Performance. She has used challenges like studying full time at AFDA Filmdramaschool (7 years after graduating from High School); completing the Comrades Marathon (89.9km run); completing the 94.7km Cycle Challenge; summiting Mount Kilimanjaro; loosing her father to cancer; her husband undergoing a life threatening 18 hour operation; homeschooling her two boys; moving five times in two years; Ice Baths and many more to develop motivational talks and techniques inspiring people to face challenges, overcome their fears and live a full life. Her Live Performance background adds to her public speaking personality, keeping audiences engaged. She has a contagious energy that leaves people inspired, positive and confident. Audiences relate to many aspects of her story as she communicates with great honesty and authenticity.

Fearless Faith

An inspirational journey of facing a number of challenges since 2008 and how she learnt through the process to overcome challenges, face fears and live a fuller life. This inspirational story shows how it is possible to use certain tools and techniques to not let any situation overwhelm you, but to face it head on with confidence, strategy, determination, humbleness and most of all: FAITH.

Lessons from a once homeschooling mom

An introspection on lessons learnt and wisdom gathered from following an eclectic approach to teaching her sons and then entering them into a mainstream school system. She has learnt how passions develop, inspiration is fuelled and how we can all learn from how kids learn and live.

Goals Simply Put

A demonstration of a simple 6 step goal setting programme that individuals and teams can use to accomplish goals in a way that does not overcomplicate it, overwhelm them or seem unreachable. This simple tool is effective in overstepping many obstacles and can be applied on a daily basis.
