Mark Jackson

I am currently the Senior Quantum Evangelist at Quantinuum, the largest quantum company in the world. I regularly deliver keynote presentations at international executive and tech conferences.

After receiving my Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Columbia University, I spent ten years researching superstring theory and cosmology at world-class universities and laboratories. I subsequently launched a startup raising funds for science, completed certification in data science, and joined the faculty at Singularity University. I was then recruited into the quantum computing industry as one of the first employees at what was originally called Cambridge Quantum Computing, now Quantinuum.

My position at Quantinuum focuses on the commercial applications of quantum computing. I act as the liaison between the scientific and business teams, translating complex scientific ideas into ordinary language. I often speak to audiences from the financial, machine learning, artificial intelligence, encryption and security communities.
