Since 2019 my focus as a coach has been on helping some of the finest Entrepreneurs on the planet torch tonnes of body fat, develop next-level muscle & strength, & most importantly of all, build a pain-free body.
My coaching business is called ‘The Paradigm Project, as I said previously, I help ambitious entrepreneurs and professionals live a healthier, stronger, and all-around better life.
I don’t like the word ‘holistic’, but I suppose it’s the closest way of describing my approach as a coach. I do a lot more than just simply workouts and nutrition and place a big emphasis on helping clients build healthy habits around their sleep, stress management, and overall approach to their health and fitness.
I pride myself in taking people from a position of despair and frustration and getting them to a point where they now place their health at the top of their priorities list.
As an entrepreneur myself, and having worked with so many on the gym floor, I started to see a slightly scary and somewhat ‘sad’ trend amongst a lot of the entrepreneurs I’d meet.
They all had tremendous success, but that success had come at a price, and that price was their health. They were low on energy, overweight, unhappy with how they looked and felt, and most alarming of all, they all suffered from some sort of pain daily.
And all had seemingly accepted that their life was going to be diminished by their pain and that there was no way out. Whether they knew it or not, this was harming their lives and businesses.
As a pain-free performance specialist, I help my clients escape pain and build energetic, strong bodies that allow them to approach their entrepreneurial journeys with much more confidence and vigor. Which results in them being more productive, and growth-focused, and they make more money.
This is the message I want to share with other entrepreneurs. I want to share my knowledge about entrepreneurship health and fitness, and especially becoming pain-free. Once you understand that your body is the driving force behind everything you do, you’ll start moving heaven and earth to ensure it’s in tip-top shape.
Entrepreneurs will benefit so much from taking just a few hours a week to prioritize their health. Not only will they ‘level up, but so will their teams, colleagues, and loved ones.
I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries and pain, hence the drive behind me to help others either avoid and/or escape that reality.
