Marcus Hart is a dedicated mental health journalist and a proud veteran of the United States Army National Guard. After serving as a military supply clerk, Marcus turned his personal challenges with PTSD into a mission to advocate for mental health awareness and equity. He has authored three impactful books, including Think Possible Be Possible, where he shares his journey with PTSD and underscores the critical importance of mental wellness.
As the founder and host of The Transform U! Live Show podcast, Marcus engages with a broad audience, discussing key issues related to mental health, spirituality, and personal growth. His work is deeply informed by his experiences as a suicide survivor and his commitment to breaking the stigma around mental health.
