Bio

Marcelo Manucci is a Ph.D. in Communication sciences. He is a Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Systemic Therapy and Psychodrama. For more than ten years, Marcelo Manucci has been working as a consultant and academic in America and Europe. He has specialized in strategic project design in unstable contexts. He has written seven books about on Uncertainty Management, Complexity and unstable contexts, Change development, and Personal growth, and co-authored another eight in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

As a researcher, he has delved into concepts from Quantum Physics, Chaos Theory, Systems Thinking, Complexity, and the Neurobiology of emotions. From this framework. From this perspective, he has developed tools and techniques to address change processes that he has shared as a consultant and academic at more than 15 universities in America and Spain.

Transform your future to change your present

We have grown up with the idea that our present depends on our past. We do not live within a sequence of time (it corresponds to machines), we live in a space displayed in narratives. We live in our own emotional territories which are expressed through stories that give meaning to the facts that surround us. Emotions color this inner world.
In this presentation, I offer a new conception of change based on a future perspective. Future is an inspiration. The future defines your inspiration that makes sense to your present. future that allows us to address the conditions of the present. Without a horizon, the past becomes our future.
In this presentation you will know three axes of transformation: openness, creativity and projection, which are articulated to generate and sustain the new in your life.

Subtleties to change your life

Emotions color this inner world. When we feel oppression in our daily lives, it is because our landscape lacks colors. So, our oppression is not a problem of time, it is not related to the effects of events from the past. If the past is still present, it is because we have not been able to transform our landscape.
Suffering is a way of coping with inertia. It is like moving on motionless. The past determines us to the extent that it “makes our present possible.” The past is an ally of the present way of life because it assumes the decisions that we cannot personally assume to transform the impossibility.
I present a series of techniques based on the concept that changes in our lives emerge from structural subtleties that allow us to open the landscape and renew the patterns that define the space where we live.
You will be able to know three formulas to develop transforming subtleties in your life.

Emotional Competitiveness in Organizations

All organizations have emotions because is an intrinsic quality of human groups. EMOTIONAL COMPETITIVENESS refers to the ability of a group (either a company or organization) to absorb the contingencies of environment and redefine its internal structure in order to maintain healthy fluid interaction with the context. Healthy means having adequate external responses that do not deteriorate the conditions of inner life.
Emotions define the repertoire of responses in human systems.
