Marc Haine is an award-winning Customer and Employee Experience Keynote Speaker, consultant, and author of Lights! Camera! Action! – Business Operational Excellence Through the Lens of Live Theatre. With over 35 years of hands-on leadership in hospitality, retail, and service-driven organizations, Marc helps companies transform daily operations into jaw-dropping, show-stopping experiences that delight customers and engage employees.

Known for his energetic, humorous, and authentic delivery, Marc equips business operators with actionable frameworks to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, service culture, and operational excellence—helping organizations become the brand of choice in their markets.

Marc is also the host of two acclaimed podcasts—Marc Haine Live and Experience Leadership: The Small Business Podcast—with audiences exceeding 90,000 worldwide.

A passionate community leader, Marc received the 2023 Community Spirit Award and serves as president or co-founder of multiple non-profit organizations, including Walk the Talks and East of 60 Productions Society, while holding provincial and national board positions with the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS).

When not on stage or behind a microphone, Marc can be found tossing a mean pizza, experimenting with sourdough, or bringing laughter to the comedy stage. He lives in Devon, Alberta, with his wife and a lively menagerie of pets.
