Because of his innate capacity to guide and motivate others, Jan-Pro has flourished and achieved new levels of success.
Saini always knew he wanted to be an owner. Coming from a family of business owners, he saw the trials and tribulations that came with being in charge but also the advantages. He knew that with hard work and dedication, he could achieve anything he wanted.
Now, as the boss, Saini has shown exactly why he was made for this role. Having recently celebrated his 5th anniversary with Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting, and using his collective experience and natural leadership ability, Jan-Pro is thriving under his leadership.
