Mai Ling bridges the divide between concepts and lived experiences when it comes to topics related to disability, entrepreneurship, leadership, assistive technology, technology innovation, ADHD, and diversity. A speech-language pathologist, and internationally invited speaker, Mai Ling has connected with audiences by sharing captivating and inspiring stories that align with the event’s mission and set the tone for the learning experience. Mai Ling draws from personal experience as well as her deep connection with the disability community cultivated through her work. She is the creator and host of the Xceptional Leaders podcast with 140+ published episodes and listeners in 23 countries, as well as publisher of three Amazon best-selling anthologies in the series, Becoming an Exceptional Leader, with a focus on people with disabilities, parents, entrepreneurs, speech-language pathologists, assistive technology experts, and educators.
