Madison Jones McAleese (she/her) is an organizational leader, community builder, and pastor. She is deeply passionate about nonprofit organizations and the people and groups that are making the world a better place. She believes in the pursuit of justice and is committed to working with organizations who stand firm in their values of inclusion, equality, and access.
Madison has consulted a variety of nonprofit organizations, from civil rights groups, to housing organizations, to voter advocacy projects, to arts groups, to educational access and equity organizations, and many more. Madison believes the work of community building is all connected – she is also the Vice President of Elevate Burbank, an organization committed to elevating and raising awareness of the diversity of Burbank, CA. She also serves on the committee of Burbank Pride and is a board member of New Leaders Council LA.
She is the Associate Pastor of The Table, a spiritual community dedicated to providing a safe space for those who have been traditionally excluded from religious communities to join together in spirituality. Madison has a master’s degree in public diplomacy, a master’s degree in Christian studies, a certificate in governance consulting from BoardSource, and is currently a doctoral candidate in social transformation.
