Bio

I am a young adult looking to share my story with other young adults. I have seen and been through many significant things, changing what i thought was my life. The things i have been through have changed my life as well as those around me. I would like to continue to change life, starting with high schoolers.

Red Flags for domestic abuse

Most middle schools in the blue valley school district are taught what to look out for when it comes to domestic abuse but i think it needs to be taught at a higher level of education. Being a survivor myself i know how to get youth's attention myself and everyone should know what to look out for.

Mental Illness

Mental illness has a very big stigma around it and i want to try and break that. I want people to know its okay to get help and that letting people know you need help isnt going to be the end of the world.

Self love

a big part of teens and young adults lives is not knowing how to love themselves. Loving yourself is a big things to be able to be loved by someone. I want to teach ways to come to inner peace with oneself, using DTB therapy.
