Lyuba Venable

Lyuba Venable is a Keynote Speaker, Workshops Facilitator, Management Coach, and Consultant. Lyuba has 10 years experience of leading teams in software industry as a Quality Assurance Manager/Project Manager, 4 years of building and maintaining the “IT Labs Company” focused on training software engineers and helping them find jobs. During her career Lyuba helped deliver high quality products at Google, Quest Software, Cybernet Entertainment and Luxoft companies. In her role she coached and trained managers within those organizations helping them to become leaders.

Lyuba began public speaking in 2011 when she designed and taught two courses: “How to successfully pass a job interviews” and “Management in Software Industry”. While working in software industry Lyuba was delivering trainings on the following topics: “Building Resilience”, “Managing Stress”, “Solving Conflict Situations”. More recently Lyuba has been facilitating Energy Workshops and has been a presenter at Human Awareness Institute(HAI) which the focus on helping people connect with their true nature, find a place of authenticity, learn to communicate clearly and lovingly, get out of their comfort zone, build trust and connection. Lyuba Venable has been passionately speaking in front of women and empowering them for easy childbirth and enjoyable pregnancy. Lyuba is also in the process of creating the “Academy of Joy” a series of workshops designed to help people find balance and satisfaction in all areas of life.

Lyuba has been part of Toast Master’s club since 2011 and has been nominated as a Best Speaker of the club for many meetings. Lyuba was also trained as a Presenter at Human Awareness Institute which focuses on helping people connect with themselves, treat others with dignity and respect, dive into any traumas that happened in their past and be able to heal them. In addition, Lyuba attended deep internal work courses in Thailand with Mantec Chia where she learned and passed to others the “Microcosmic Energy” practice. She has successfully completed an “Active Listening” course that trained her to communicate more effectively.

Currently Lyuba is engaged in an “Evolutionary Leadership Program” to become a Team Coordinator for HAI workshops.
