Educated in medicine, Dr. Lall fuses academic knowledge with over three decades of mindful practice in real life situations. She is a self – managed diabetic and a stay-at-home mom who meta-morphed to an elected position as the leader of a Toastmasters International District as its Director and Chief Executive Officer. An entrepreneur, Lovely Lall has volunteered and served on advisory boards as well as many organizations in both technical and leadership roles.

Dr. Lall has synthesized all of her expertise/insights into a simple yet practical formula designed to lead people to achieving a higher quality of life. She passionately shares her knowledge with others in an energetic and engaging conversational communication style. Participants in her workshops and seminars are inspired to take immediate personal actions that instantly add value to their lives.

A Toastmaster since 2010, Dr. Lall has earned many accolades from Toastmaster International Organization World Headquarters for Excellence in Communication, Leadership and Marketing.
