Bio

Louis Gudema founded revenue & associates to help companies significantly increase their revenue through measurable improvements in sales and marketing. He is the author of The Bullseye Marketing Approach to Business Success.

Louis has delivered results for companies from MIT startups to the Fortune 5. His clients have included IBM, The Boston Globe, EMC, Cognos, Coleco, Dover Corporation, Endeca, SpeechWorks, PTC and dozens of colleges, private schools and other non-profits.

Louis is an entrepreneur who created Internet marketing agency Magic Hour Communications, oversaw the development of its MagicWand Web CMS, and built Magic Hour into one of the top 3 or 4 companies in its national market before a successful exit in 2009. He’s equally proud that Magic Hour’s diverse workforce was especially known for its customer service.

A social media early adopter, Louis uses social selling to research, connect and sell. He is LinkedIn member 58,795 (out of over 500 million), and also active on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. He has written for many leading blogs and business publications including The Harvard Business Review, IDG Connect Marketer, TechTarget, VentureBeat, Econsultancy, HubSpot, MarketingProfs and the Content Marketing Institute. He speaks frequently at regional and national conferences and events and heads up Boston's Sales & Marketing Innovators professional association.

Who says your marketing can't be better, faster and cheaper?

Outside of the software/tech industry, most small- and mid-sized companies seriously underinvest in marketing – even though countless studies have shown that the companies that market more grow faster.

In this session Louis Gudema will outline his Bullseye Marketing Framework which cuts through the clutter of dozens of channels and thousands of vendors to break marketing into three phases, prioritizing the fastest and least expensive ways to generate more leads and sales.
You’ll learn about marketing assets that you already have and how to quickly and inexpensively take full advantage of them before moving on to other programs – like social media and inbound marketing – that actually can cost far more and often take a year or two, or more, to produce measurable results.

The talk is full of actionable insights that companies can use to grow their leads and sales within weeks.
