Finding your voice at times of disruptive change

Dr. Loubna reinforces the idea that our words and actions define who we are, and yet our thoughts influence our feelings and outcomes. How we feel drives our results and how we show at times of crisis and change can leave an everlasting impact on others. Six out of ten directors fail during their first year of work. Five in ten executives leave within two years. Organizations are struggling with change which mostly fails during takeoff. In fact, fifty to seventy percent of change initiatives fail during launch. She shares evidence-based strategies that inspire her audience to find their potential in the midst of adversity. She invites them to connect to their inner wisdom and helps them acknowledge their strengths and conquer their doubts. She has interviewed hundreds of managers about their relationships with change. She will share real life stories about change including her personal life lessons of survival during the civil war.

In the face of adversity: Making change work for you for a change

Dr. Loubna captures the hearts and minds of her audience through her stories of survival, of not one, but two civil wars. Through humor and inspiration, Dr. Loubna takes her audience on the journey of high potential teams across the globe who thrive amidst adversity.
She shares the importance of hope and humanity during change. Dr. Loubna reminds her audience about the complexity of healthcare and how different styles react to chaos and change at different levels of the organization.
As the author of “Determined to Change: A human-centric approach to disruptive change”, Dr. Loubna shares the results of her ten-year research on organizational change. She reminds her audience that people do not resist change, on the contrary they anticipate it. What they resist is the lack of regard for their experiences during change.
She engages her audience in co-creating their roadmap for successful change using the power of diverse teams coming together in the face of adversity.

From Furious to Curious: Embracing the power of teams

Embark on an exhilarating journey of workplace dynamics with Dr. Loubna as she infuses her motivational session with contagious energy and humor. Unveiling the fascinating power of diverse styles in the workplace, she invites her audience to embrace the incredible dynamics of thought when teams with opposite strengths come together to collaborate during disruptive change.
She encourages her audience to shift from being mere minimizers to becoming influential leaders who thrive on the rich tapestry of perspectives. Through real life stories of civil and corporate war, she prompts a curiosity-driven exploration of challenging thoughts and behaviors.
This session is not just a talk; it's an awakening. Dr. Loubna brings personal strengths into sharp focus, emphasizing building resilience through seemingly small, yet powerful, practical steps. Immerse yourself in compelling, real-life stories that inspire action and offer insightful solutions to the everyday challenges we face at work.
