I am a “lifelong learner” who believe that Knowledge is like money: to be of value, it must circulate, and in circulating, it can increase in quantity and, hopefully, in value. I want my knowledge and expertise to be of value.
I am passionate about helping organizations navigate the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous economic world we live in today by taking them to the next level of performance, change, and growth. I have over 10 years of a unique combination of education and international/cross-cultural work experience. I hold a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a master’s in project management.
I have visited over 100 countries and learn how to be an effective communicator, to listen. Knowledge is embodied in people gathered in communities and networks. The road to Knowledge is via people, conversations, connections, and relationships. Knowledge surfaces through dialog, all Knowledge is socially mediated, and access to Knowledge connects to people who know or know whom to contact.
