Resilience From the Inside Out

Resilience starts long before a crisis—it begins with our internal dialogue. In this session, Liz shows how self-connection, emotional regulation, and awareness of our personal narratives shape every reaction we have under stress. She teaches practical tools to interrupt fear-based patterns, calm the nervous system, and replace overwhelm with clarity and intention. Participants gain strategies for grounding themselves, communicating more effectively, and breaking generational cycles that keep them stuck.

The Trust that Communication Built

Trust is shaped less by what is said and more by how we show up — our tone, regulation, intention, and presence. In this session, Liz shows how self-communication and emotional regulation influence every interaction. Participants learn practical tools to reduce reactive communication, listen with presence, and speak from grounded intention rather than fear or defensiveness. Liz teaches simple, trauma-informed skills that help teams build trust, strengthen connection, and create communication that supports real partnership and collaboration.

Rethinking ADHD: Strengths, Insights, & Self-Leadership

ADHD isn’t a limitation—it’s a different operating system. In this empowering session, Liz reframes ADHD through strengths, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Drawing from her lived experience and her work with families, she highlights how ADHD affects communication, confidence, and daily decision-making. Participants learn practical tools for managing overwhelm, improving focus, and leveraging their unique strengths at work and at home. This talk brings validation, clarity, and real strategies for thriving—not just coping.

Breaking Generational Cycles that Bind Us

Generational cycles don’t just repeat through circumstances—they repeat through the stories, patterns, and protective behaviors we inherit. In this deeply moving session, Liz shows how awareness, self-connection, and emotional regulation allow us to interrupt automatic reactions and build new futures for ourselves and those we love. Drawing from her lived experience and 16 years supporting children of addiction, she helps audiences identify inherited narratives, shift out of survival mode, and replace old patterns with intentional action. This talk offers hope, clarity, and practical tools for anyone ready to break the cycles that bind them and create change that lasts.
