Lisa Winston is a gifted vocalist, #1 international bestselling author, TV host, inspirational speaker, artist, and mom. A life of extreme challenges including losing her home to wildfire, breast cancer and neuro-Lyme disease, made her hungry for a deeper connection to her inner wisdom and determined to find her true calling. Today, she shares the message that life is always happening FOR you and challenges are sent to refine, not define you. Lisa has produced numerous influential online summits and live events and is regularly featured on summits, masterclasses, national radio and podcasts. She co-hosts and produces The Mindset Reset TV show (www.mindsetresettv.com), a weekly series which is distributed in 164 countries. Lisa is so grateful to be mom to a beautiful daughter, Sarah, and to live, teach, and speak across the globe with her soulmate, life partner and love, Dr. Joe Vitale.

I work to shift people's perceptions around this topic, and share valuable insights gained from my own trauma experiences and breakthroughs. I've been a professional vocalist for over 40 years; at 53 I left my music career and embarked on the journey of finding my soul path and becoming an entrepreneur. At 59, I changed courses again and at 62, I aligned with my true life's calling, which I'm doing now. You can start over as many times as you need to or want to, until you're off the planet!! There are no rules!

Overcoming the Fear of Public Speaking

So many people have a deep drive within their hearts and souls to share their voice and mission with others. Yet, they are terrified to stand up in front of people and speak. I sang on stages for 40 years but was afraid to speak on stage. My life partner has spoken on stages for over 35 years, yet was afraid to perform on stage as a. musician. We all have fears. I take people through the importance of speaking, and how to overcome the fears that hold them back.
