She is a Certified Diversity Executive through the Society for Diversity and a vendor of choice for their members in need of diversity and inclusion training.

Prior to forming Turning Point Leadership Group (formerly called The Owens Group, Inc.), Dr. Wiley was hand picked by the late diversity guru Dr. R. Roosevelt Thomas, Jr. to be the President of his diversity consulting firm. This affiliation began her journey to national recognition as a prominent authority on Diversity & Inclusion and multicultural issues.
