Leland Sandler earned his bachelor’s degree in history in 1975 and later completed teaching credentials. Seven years later, he earned a master’s degree in education, followed by an MBA in 1988.
Sandler has served as a five-year board member of an international coaching association and is a trusted executive coaching resource within the San Diego biotech sector. He is also a longtime supporter of charitable organizations, making both financial contributions and volunteering. His pro bono work includes five years of support for a regional opera organization and extensive service to military officers and veterans.
Leland Sandler lives in a mountain town in Jefferson County, Colorado, near Denver. Outside of work, he enjoys cross-country skiing, hiking, photography, reading, and writing short stories.
