He specializes in Authentic Leadership and Innovative Technology and has served in various leadership roles over his twenty-plus year business career and has worked in the technology field for over thirty years.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Administration specializing in Management Information Systems. Charles captured two public speaking awards as a member of the speaking organization Toastmasters International.

He authored the leadership books "7 Needs of High Performing Employees", and "Unleashing Team Confidence."
