Lawrence Krimker

Lawrence is one of Canada’s most successful young business leaders and entrepreneurs. He has been named EY Entrepreneur of the Year and formerly led a company that won Canadian Small Business of the Year. Born in Toronto to an immigrant solo parent in subsidized housing, Lawrence is the epitome of “self-made”. He started his first business in the 9th grade and has gone from strength to strength since then. From employing 80 people during his summers during university to founding and selling a tech start-up in Silicon Valley, to starting and exiting a home improvements financing company that amassed more than $2.2B in assets, Lawrence has made his mark at every stage of his career.
