LaVell D. Monger is a business owner, creative director, branding strategist, and student affairs professional. Educated through the St. Louis Public School district he graduated from Vashon High School in St. Louis Missouri and received his bachelors’ of science in Anthropology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. LaVell received his Master's of Education with an emphasis in Higher Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. His presentation topics cover depression, minority success, restorative justice, and self or organizational-branding. Throughout his life, LaVell has received many acknowledgements for his leadership and lifelong commitment to positively influence others.
