LaTonya Davis

LaTonya Davis is the founder and CEO of LaTonya Davis Consulting, LLC. She is a top speaker specializing in education, autism, leadership, antiracism, diversity, belonging, inclusion and equity. She shares incredibly impactful stories and strategies designed with local, national and global audiences. Her impact has reached over 75 million.

Over the past 20 years, LaTonya's portfolio has reached the US. Africa, Asia and Europe. She has worked at the White House, Pentagon, EEOC, Department of Labor, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Zimbabwe Women's Lawyers Association and KIPP to name a few. Some of her awards include Outstanding Woman in Law Award and Civic Educator of the Year Award.

LaTonya earned a Presidential Scholarship to attend Bennett College (HBCU), an all Black women's college, and graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law. In her pro bono practice, she writes the Equity Source Newsletter on LinkedIn reaching over 1,700 subscribers.
