LaShasta has been described as a dynamic yet practical Speaker. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Certified Sleep Science Coach (aka The Professional Sleep Strategist), and a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach.

LaShasta is a serial entrepreneur founding of I Choose Me counseling practice and LaShasta Bell, LLC curating corporate wellness programs and the Blindspot Strategic Planning Sleepover. When LaShasta takes off her mental health advocacy hat, she is traveling with family, friends, or alone which she affectionately calls her “Shecation.” LaShasta lives near Houston, TX with her husband, Kevin, and two sons-KJ and London.
