As the founder and sole owner of ELH Mgmt., I have led the rehabilitation of over 100 distressed apartment buildings, playing a crucial role in stabilizing and revitalizing neighborhoods throughout New York City. Through initiatives such as the Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Program (NEP), Third Party Transfer (TPT), and the New York City Housing Authority’s (NYCHA) Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program, I have contributed to the preservation and creation of affordable housing. This presentation will explore the challenges and strategies involved in affordable housing development, property management, and community investment, drawing from decades of experience in the field.
