Lacey attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. She started her career as a Human Resources generalist where she developed a passion for recruiting. After 10 years in HR and recruiting Lacey accepted a Recruiter position and quickly worked her way up to a senior recruiter role.
After successfully managing multi-state recruiting initiatives for a fortune 100 company, Lacey moved into the Recruiting Manager position for a for a company with over 40,000 employees across the Globe. She shined in the role and quickly promoted into the role of Regional Director of Recruiting by age 34. With over 20 years of experience Lacey coaches and leads insanely successful international recruiting teams and initiatives.
