A graduate of an international college, BYU-Hawaii, Lacey embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery, immersing herself in diverse cultures and perspectives that have shaped her empathetic and open-minded approach to mental health counseling. She furthered her education at Utah Valley University, obtaining her master's degree in social work, and has since become a beacon of positive change in her community and beyond. Outside of her counseling and speaking engagements, Lacey finds joy in holistic health practices, trail running, and staying active.
